We don’t just deliver the app. We deliver a white-label telemedicine solution. Our team of healthcare tech and compliance experts makes the white-label application and lets you acquire it with full code ownership and your branding attached to it.
What is a white-label telemedicine platform?
White-label apps are increasingly becoming popular in the market among many start-ups and businesses.
It also saves you the time and pain of coding an app from the ground up.
A white-labeled telehealth platform is a generic built app by a company for your convenience. So, whether you are a patient or a medical professional, it is beneficial for you both as;
Medical practitioners can conduct live-sessions consultancy, exchange patient’s files, and send and receive laboratory tests streamlined. At the same time, it enables doctors to monitor patient’s vital health data.
As for patients, a white-label telemedicine platform can assist them in receiving grade a-quality medical services at the convenience of their homes, get a receipt for their medications, attend consulting sessions online, fix appointments with their clinicians online, and online payment of medical bills.
Why did we launch it?- Our vision
It all started with an idea to make a telehealth platform an affordable station for every individual. As we knew how insanely a custom-built app can be.
We gathered our team of experts and started to percolate on the idea, and after substantial research, we achieved the quantum leap.
So, that any medicare provider, startup, hospital, and other app development company can derive burgeon benefits from it.
At the same time, SyS Creations always had an innate vision to give something of essential use to the healthcare community, which led us to work through this vision.
And soon, this vision became our mission.
Its journey to excellence from an idea – we launched it in the middle of a pandemic!
Our vision of a white-label solution that spawned 2 years ago came into its existence in 2020. By the time the world had experienced the Covid-19 outbreak. And the healthcare sector took a huge bump.
The need for healthcare increased as distance communication solutions increased in demand.
SyS Creations’ white-label telemedicine solution app first went live in March 2020. With the prominent advent of the first Covid-19 wave around the world.
By May 2020, our feedback was up by a staggering 68%. And during the same month, the demand for our telehealth platform went up by 32.6%.
For the next two months, we again set up our expert team and started to add customization options, a more extensive set of features based on our current client feedback and suggestions.
During this frame of time, we even provided our white-label telemedicine solutions to a child-care NGO for free of cost so that underprivileged children can get regular healthcare services.
Once again, in August, as the pandemic peaked and the world was silenced with the lockdown, we were making sure that a home for the elderly US was receiving regular healthcare consultancy, medications, and monitored health data from our white-label telehealth platform free of cost.
September-mid November 2020
The feedback and responses were skyrocketing throughout this period. And our creative minds at SyS Creations sparkled once again. And after 3 months of extensive research yet again proved fruitful.
As we launched our white-label telehealth app version 2.1 in pilot in December 2020 and finally launched the perfect version after adjusting a few tweaks from the pilot launch as version 2.1 in February 2021.
We added several wellness features and make it compatible with other EHR/EMR by upgrading its with the vision to make it post-pandemic ready. This is what we named version 3.0!
The current version 3.0 has again proven success and we hope to come up with 3.0 by the end of this year with some of the very advanced features such as remote patient monitoring.
